Shipping Costs
We offer free UAE shipping on all orders.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days across the UAE.
- Factors such as courier delays or public holidays may occasionally extend delivery times.
Dispatch Information
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday during standard business hours (excluding public holidays). In cases of delays, we aim to minimise disruptions and keep customers informed.
Change of Delivery Address
- Address changes can be made before the order is dispatched.
- Once shipped, changes cannot be processed.
P.O. Boxes
We can deliver to P.O. box addresses using standard postal services. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is unavailable, we will cancel and refund that item while dispatching the rest.
Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with real-time updates from the courier.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately at WallWeave@outlook.com. If the parcel was delivered while you were away, reach out to us with photos and details for next steps.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value stated by the courier.
- Damaged Parcels: Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.
- Lost Parcels: Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
